Have you ever had a day when it didn't matter what you did, what you said or how you behaved, somehow you just knew that you "should" have had it done, said or behaved, differently? Today was one of those sorts of days for me. Trying to download things on the computer that I'd purchased and instead of using the back button to go to the next item on the list I click the close page button ... lol ... I still can't believe I did that ... well, yes I can, it really is typical ... lol ... I hope you have a better day and that my day gets better ... Sparkly rainbow blessings everyone.

With all the crazy energy flying around our world lately I have been feeling decidedly flat and wondered if anyone else was feeling weird too. If so I have some ideas to help you to ground yourself.
There are many crystals for grounding but the three main ones I like are: Black Tourmaline, Haematite, Smokey Quartz. Together they are wonderful or you can use them separately. The choice is yours.
1) Take whatever grounding crystal you want and place it on the ground outside then with barefeet walk on the crystal or stand on the crystal ... this is great for jetlag too as this exercise actually alignes your energy with Mother Earth for tyour current time zone.
2) Walk around barefoot on Mother Earth.
3) Lay down on the ground on your belly with your knees and elbows bent, rest your chin in your hands and cross and uncross your legs three or more times breathing deeply.
4) Hug a tree and enjoy the energy transfer.
5) Go out and walk in nature: a forest, walking in the bush, beside a waterfall, walk beside the ocean, etc.
For really great information on crystals and their uses check out www.hibiscusmooncrystalacademy.com ... I hope this helps.
I found this today from http://mindvalleyacademy.com and thought I'd share it with you. I've always enjoyed Charlie Chaplin, he was such a wonderful comedian. His family must miss him immensely ... thank you for posting this Mind, Valley Academy.
I've gone right out of my comfort zone today to begin this exercise in writing a blog ... have you any idea how scary that is? What does one say in a blog? Why would anyone even be interested in what I had to say? These and many other questions went through my mind at the time of my making the decision ... lol ... so many critics voicing their opinions: "Why on earth would you do such a thing?" and "Who do you think you are that people would even be interested in what you had to say?" and on and on ad infinitum ... I suddenly thought to myself, you know what Gayle, it doesn't matter if people are interested or not, I'm doing this for me, to expand my horizons, to try something different, to make myself uncomfortable ... and that is the key to living a joyous life: doing new things, stretching yourself beyond your normal parameters, having faith and courage enough to take that first baby step to something different.
